At Blue Ridge Hotel, we own all our own down and feather factories and sterilization equipment, and are one of the world’s largest vertically integrated processors of high-quality down and feathers. We source only naturally and humanely-raised goose and duck down and feathers, and then put them through our proprietary 8-step washing and sanitization process. The down and feathers are washed at high temperatures to remove all impurities, and then sterilized in machines at temperatures of 130 degrees Celsius to completely eliminate all bacteria and micro-organisms. This guarantees all our products are FreshLoft® Clean.
